Lake Naivasha is close to Naivasha town which is a bustling town in Nakuru County, home to a mul ticultural collection of Kenya’s tribes and settlers. The Maasai settled around the lake in the 15th century, and in the 16th century the Kikuyu tribe arrived. Kikuyus comprise the majority of Naivasha’s population. In the 19th century many European colonists moved to Naivasha. Today their ancestors make up a large majority of the local population. There are also a few settlers from Somalia who settled in the town in the early 20th century. Naivasha has a thriving agricultural industry primarily focusing on floriculture, with thousands of greenhouses full of flowers in the area this is the largest flower-producing region in Kenya. Hells Gate National Park

The Great Masai Mara
Masai Mara is Kenya’s premier wildlife area, most well known attraction and stage of one of nature’s greatest shows, the annual wildebeest migration.
